• Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR (€). Your bank may apply additional fees for currency conversion if you are outside the Eurozone.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on destination.
• Digital Products: eBooks and audiobooks are available for download immediately after purchase via the provided link.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Physical Books: You may return unused physical books within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital Products: Due to their nature, eBooks and audiobooks are non-refundable once purchased.
• Damaged Items: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
